EXMORTEM Part Ways With OSMOSE PRODUCTIONS
June 22, 2004Danish death metallers EXMORTEM have parted ways with Osmose Productions, according to a posting on the band's web site. EXMORTEM signed with Osmose in March 2002 following a split with Holland's Hammerheart Records. A new record deal is still being negotiated.
As previously reported, EXMORTEM have finished mixing their fifth album with producer Tue Madsen at Antfarm Studio in Aarhus, Denmark. A total of nine songs were recorded and mixed during the four-week session, including "Parasite Paradise", "Symbols Of Inhumanity", "Flesh Havoc", "The Human Rape Symphony" and "Fix Of Negativity". In addition, EXMORTEM filmed their April 30 appearance at the Fee Metal Festival in Aarhus, Denmark for an upcoming DVD, tentatively due before the end of the year. The as-yet-untitled disc will include behind-the-scenes footage and other "interesting" features.
